- Relevant historical documents
- Authorization to use the documents
- Business, finance and R&D contacts

AI outputs are supporting materials. They do not replace professional judgment or the enterprise’s legal responsibilities.
COMMON QUESTIONS
Deployment, data and service scope
How is it deployed?
Deployment and integration depend on data sensitivity, existing systems and budget. On-premises deployment, model services and required interfaces are determined in the implementation plan.
Who owns the documents and data?
Ownership and permitted use of original documents, processed data and generated outputs must be defined in the contract. Delivery terms should also cover storage, access, backups, retention, deletion and exit migration.
Can AI apply or approve on our behalf?
AI can assist with organization, drafting and validation. Authorized personnel remain responsible for eligibility decisions, key facts, signatures and official submission. Approval is not guaranteed.
What does the service include?
Services may cover requirements, document governance, use-case configuration, pilots, training and acceptance. Ongoing maintenance and operations are contract-specific and do not automatically include every third-party system change or unlimited content updates.
