1. Scope and operator
This notice covers the AI ShuPai website, preview website and data asset display operated by Tangshan ShuPai Information Technology Co., Ltd. The management area is for authorized staff. External news sites, government sites and WeChat are subject to their own policies.
2. Access information
Our server generates routine access logs, which may contain the request source IP, time, requested address (including query parameters), response status, referring page and device/browser information supplied by the browser. These support operations, security troubleshooting and the aggregates below. Do not include passwords or sensitive information in URL parameters.
The statistics process reads existing logs and separately stores only daily counts by public page path (without query parameters), source domain, coarse device class and browser class. The statistics database does not retain IPs, complete referrer URLs, full user-agent strings, individual browsing histories or visitor profiles, nor identify names, phone numbers, WeChat accounts or organizations.
Static resources, management pages, APIs and recognized bots are excluded. Bot detection is imperfect. Page views are not unique people; an unavailable referrer does not necessarily mean a direct visit.
3. Cookies and the public counter
The existing cumulative counter uses a first-party cookie (sp_visit) lasting approximately 30 minutes to reduce repeat counting in that window. It contains a random identifier, expiry and integrity check, not names or contact information. Its database stores only the cumulative count. Cookie deletion, another device or expiry may result in a new count. You may manage or delete cookies in your browser; restricting them does not prevent reading public pages but may affect counting.
Management login uses a session cookie with a lifetime of up to approximately eight hours. The new aggregate statistics add no cookies, browser tracking scripts or third-party advertising trackers. Preferences such as the color theme may be stored locally in your browser.
4. Storage, access and retention
Logs and statistics stay on this website's server in China. Visitor details are not publicly displayed; aggregates are available only to authenticated administrators. Access controls and encrypted transport are used. Visitor details are not sent to advertising platforms for these statistics.
Daily aggregates are retained for a rolling 90 calendar days; scheduled processing removes older records. Routine access logs rotate daily, retaining the latest 14 rotated copies plus the current log, approximately 15 days when logs are generated every day. The public cumulative count is retained without individual visit records. Security incident records subject to statutory retention are handled separately under applicable law; operational statistics retention does not replace security-log requirements.
5. Contact and information rights
For questions or lawful requests to access, correct, delete or restrict information about you, use the WeChat channel on our Contact page, specifying the relevant time, page and request. Necessary identity and scope checks apply. Aggregates that cannot be associated with you do not provide an individual browsing record, and legally required records may not be immediately deleted.
